INSURANCE SNAP
CAT-TEX use 100% Japanese Stainless Steel in all our metal Connections range. Stainless steel can be up to 4 times stronger than brass and copper and up to 4 times smaller but still holding the same strength!
The INSURANCE SNAP is possibly the strongest clip there is! This clip comprises of two sections. The main larger section is where you attach your hooklink and the smaller section is where you can attach the swivel of your choice by hooking onto the closed gate and snapping the swivel into a secure hold.
Instead of the traditional one sided closing clip the leader side section closes and overlaps with the swivel section. This overlapping mechanism will consistently hold high loads in the most extreme conditions.
